The food was good, flavorful, and well prepared. We especially enjoyed the hummus, which was fresh and delicious. However, there were two issues that affected our overall experience. Firstly, the restaurant is quite dim and could benefit from a refresh. The hygiene standards and overall cleanliness also need improvement. Secondly, they were advertising a Buy One Get One (BOGO) offer, but we later discovered they had increased the price of the qualifying item above the menu price, explaining that this was because of the promotion. We found this both absurd and unethical. A promotional offer should provide genuine value, not be funded by inflating the original price. Visited Island Wraps recently and had a great experience. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. What stood out even more was the exceptional service the staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. It's the perfect spot for a cozy hangout with friends or family. I first ordered from Uber Eats restaurant through Uber Eats, and after tasting their wrap, I decided to visit the restaurant in person because the food was that good. I can honestly say it was the best wrap I’ve ever had. I’ve tried wraps in different countries, but this one stood out above the rest. The size was very filling, and the ingredients were fresh and perfectly balanced. The flavour was amazing in every bite.
