The food here is UNREAL. A hidden gem. I didn’t like Pho until I tried it here! If you’re a sauce/condiment person, I’d recommend asking for extra but that’s the only “negative” I’ve found. Great pho at an awesome price. The homemade noodles are 100% worth it and the meatballs are fragrant and tasty. The vermicelli Bun dishes make for a great takeout meal with a very tasty dipping sauce for rolls. If you’re looking for Vietnamese food on Mercer Island or just a great meal in general, this is the spot. Honestly great! We eat a lot of pho and always ignored the island spots on the assumption that they wouldn’t be particularly good. Well, that turned out to be a very unfair assumption This spot makes their own rice noodles, which is quite rare, and has a light, well balanced beef broth. The prices are pretty reasonable for Mercer and the chicken fried rice and vermicelli bowls were both quite good too. Will absolutely be back, you’d have to drive pretty far off island to find anything better.
