Since I was in the mood for salt ramen, I visited ISSA for the first time, as I had known about the restaurant for a while but had difficulty approaching it. Although the exterior of the store and the banners along the street are conspicuous, information is not readily available on social media. When I look at the menu sign in front of the store, in addition to salt, there are tomatoes, miso, clams, spicy noodles, etc. There's so much information out there...Personally, my anxiety about the taste only increases. When you enter the store with determination, you will find a table and chairs for two people and a small raised-looking seat in the back. When I tried to check the menu at the table, I found a menu with a QR code for smartphone ordering. QR code advertisement if supported? I was worried about the payment notification (maybe it's a completely cashless store?), but a female staff member came to take my order verbally. I ordered a ramen and rice set that said it was only available on weekdays for lunch. This time, I ordered a set of Ariake Nori Salt Ramen with Shirasu-don (950 yen). The cold drinks are also self-service (written in small letters on the table), and after eating, there is a system where you return the entire tray to the return slot, but all I can see is what looks like a return slot.Even with various menus, there is too much information overall. Is it kind? Isn't that kind? ? I had the impression that the store was difficult to understand. So, the salt ramen that was actually brought to me looked really delicious, and when I tried it, it was chewy noodles and chicken oil? The soup, which has a shiny surface, is mixed in just the right amount and is even more delicious than I expected. The whitebait bowl was also light and went well with it. Would you like to try other menu items for this amount? However, I feel like there is an overabundance of information and the menu is scattered all over the place.Personally, I can't shake the impression that the restaurant is being run without a clear direction. Even though I thought it was delicious, I couldn't give it more than 3 stars. I feel like it's a waste. Parking: It's a shared parking lot with other stores, so it's a little hard to tell how many cars there are.
