Arnaiz Street, Makati is known for its amazing Japanese restaurants. We wanted to try a new one and Isshin was in our hitlist. Being a regular of Nihon Bashitei, we wanted to compare the two since we've heard good things about Isshin. There were not too many people when we got there. Being able to park was a hint. The place gave an authentic Japanese restaurant vibe. The crew was warm and welcoming. The pork in the katsudon was alright but the tenderness of the pork was superb! The tuna and salmon sashimi cuts were big and fresh! The teppanyaki beef was mouthwatering! Our dinner was perfect! When in Makati...book it!
