Great meal and experience at Sushi Isshin. It boasts one Michelin star rating at the time of writing and serves up great Edo-style sushi with rice seasoned with vinegar. The omakase option is between appetizer course (5 appetizers and 10 pieces of nigiri) or pure sushi (20 pieces). Personally, I'd recommend the appetizer meal as 20 pieces of sushi might be too acidic for the taste buds with the vinegar rice by the end of the course. P.S. If you are going to be visiting, it's worth checking out episode #15 from Japanese Style Originator available on Netflix as it covers Isshin's specialty in the sushi segment.
