Service is exceptional, location and seating is great. Humus was far too thick - had a ok taste but was poorly mashed. No enough lemon, tahini, olive oil. Mostly roughly mashed chickpeas. Aubergine tomato side dish was ok - lacked seasoning (personal preference, of course) Adana was not charcoal grilled - more like stewed in a pan. Came with a non descript sauce that was ok. Small portion of rice. Generic salad with dressing. Maybe return to try something else. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥5,000–6,000 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’d rank this at the top of five Turkish spots I’ve visited in Japan so far. The meze and flatbread are five stars—delicious and very close to the authentic versions I’ve had in Turkey. The gözleme (which reminds me a lot of good börek) was also excellent. While the mixed grilled meats were tasty and the portions were generous, they didn't quite hit the same high mark as the starters, which is why I’d give the food a 4 overall. The Adana & Lamb Kebabs were good, but the beef kebabs, their specialty, didn’t quite hit the mark for me. For dessert, the baklava was a highlight; it wasn't overly sweet like many others, though it is a bit on the pricey side. Nice enjoyable Turkish wines and raki. The Vibe The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, with a genuine "local Turkish" feel. It’s a great spot if you want quality food at a fair price for the Ginza area. A Small Note While the two Turkish chefs are clearly skilled, they weren't particularly friendly or welcoming—a bit of a contrast to the warm hospitality I experienced while traveling in Turkey. Bottom line: If you’re in Tokyo and craving good authentic Turkish food in a nice setting, this is definitely worth a visit. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥5,000–6,000 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian options: The meze were vegetarian.
