Japanese and Chinese cuisine. All-you-can-eat menu à la carte available. EUR 10,90 for lunch, EUR 12,90 for lunch on Sundays and public holidays, EUR 19,90 for dinner; all prices are intended service and food on main menu only. Prices of drinks, desserts and fruit are average. Dinner menu has more variety and usually (I didn't understand why exactly so far) dinner time food is more delicious (even with the same chefs, No. of customers, wait staff). They probably make their own sauces and gravy, always perfect for that particular dish. Chefs are all pretty fast and well trained (consistency and proportions of sushi are perfect). Rise is delicious as well as fish (especially salmon). Everything fresh and well cut/done. Staff is always kind and available. Cleanliness is good. Style wise the place is nice but nothing particular. I had sushi in many different places around the world (but Japan) and I was a chef: this restaurant has the best sushi I have ever had so far. Frequent customer (at least once a week). Just eel is missing. I've been here with my japanese friend and he rated it 7 over 10 (regarding the sushi quality only); he loved their sake as well. N.B. servizio ottimo , pesce freschissimo e una varietà di piatti esagerata. consiglio questo ristorante. e poi vedere un cameriere robot che ti porta i piatti a tavola e davvero bellissimo.
