I had Isuke recommended to me by the Ibaraki_gulme instagram. True to Gulme-San’s instagram post, Isuke is an unpretentious, basic looking diner. To look at it from the outside you would maybe dismiss it. But once you’ve received your order? World class sashimi and fish set menu items. I had one of the best shirasu-don of my life, and the sashimi and miso soup were superb. Also, friendly and funny staff who make you feel welcome. I will definitely come again.
