We stayed at the hotel and made a reservation at its restaurant. We arrived only 20 minutes early because our child, who is under three, was hungry. We waited about 10 minutes before anyone spoke to us, and when they finally did, the attitude was dismissive and made us feel unwelcome—as if we were not paying customers. The hotel itself is amazing, and everyone at reception was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the restaurant, especially the lady at the front desk, was a completely different experience. My advice: go outside. There are many excellent restaurants nearby that will welcome you without a reservation, with better food and lower prices. The restaurant staff seriously need to improve how they treat customers, especially families with young children. Meal type: Dinner
