Awful food to oily would not recommend ordered a pasta dish and all the pasta was stuck to the bottom of the tray it was in and sauce was clumpy and tasteless, would not recommend and no one sat inside on a Sunday afternoon says alot, service was absolutely fine but kitchen staff need replacing everyone I know hates this restaurant and thought I'd give it a go but never again. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve been to the italian connection a few times with friends and enjoyed our meal, however. tonight i went with my partner and had a really disappointing experience. The restaurant was empty except the two of a us and a large group celebrating a birthday. One of the dishes arrived to our table with the wrong pasta, and the sauce was extremely salty. however, my partners dish was lovely. the main reason for my complaint is due to how loud the ‘happy birthday’ song was played by staff. i don’t want to sound miserable, but as a couple we went to this restaurant as we know it is typically quiet .. the volume that the music was played at was ridiculous. as a neurotypical person, it really ruined my experience and sadly will not be be coming back again. thank you to the young male waiter who offered us discount due to the salty food and was extremely polite. he is a credit to your business. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
