My Daughter took me there Saturday, for Lunch, my first time there. She knows I love Italian food, the Food was good, Atmosphere good, Service is good, Price good. Nice place to take the family. Or a Date on Date Night. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $40–50 Recommended dishes: Veal Parmigiana, Dozen Garlic Knots Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend Vegetarian options: The smell of fresh baked bread is awesome. Dietary restrictions: I was able to find something that was suitable for me with my diet restrictions what I couldn’t eat I could bring home. . Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot Kid-friendliness: I would say that it is kids friendly, don’t know about babies. Wheelchair accessibility: I’m in a wheelchair at present and there was other people with walkers and everything seemed to be fine

I’ve been going to Italianos for a while and has always been my favorite place, this year the experience was disappointing. The staff didn’t seem very welcoming and also felt rushed the entire experience. The table we were given was dirty when we arrived, I asked a worker if she could clean it and she seemed very unmotivated to work based on her body language and lack of communication. The utensils were not fully clean which was pretty gross. The lemonade was watered down, I had to ask to exchange it. I always order the lasagna, this time it needed more tomato sauce and seemed smaller than usual. Overall, there are some things that could improve, especially cleanliness and food quality. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–60 Recommendation for vegetarians: Not sure Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking

Had a long day trucking wise and when I left Shreveport LA I knew I was headed back to the H. I only had one thing in mind when I got to Houston!!! Calamari salad @ Italiano's!!! You ever just crave something and can't keep your eyes off the prize until you get it? Well that was me today. I literally waited from Shreveport LA to Houston to eat @ one of my favorite restaurants Italiano's. This place is rock solid. They have plenty of food options & drinks. I been coming here for a few years. (Even before I started posting google reviews). This place is my "Cheers". Remember Sam Malone. Everyone knows me or at least seen me. I'm a plain Jane, so they already know what I want. Always greeted when I open the door. Park my truck on the side street so there's never an issue with parking. Food DELISH, I'm talking about the Calamari salad itself is always fresh and made to order. I top it off with my Balsamic dressing & I'm good to go. I spoke with the Chief today Elaine & we had a great conversation about my cigar pics on top of my salad. It actually started as a joke few years ago on one of my prior posts. I just get excited when I'm about to eat real food & not truck stop food being an OTR Trucker. I almost forgot about the bread. It's really good & I enjoy it. Prices are always reasonable because hey they put in the work and the work is exceptional here. Staff is always friendly & courteous and this place is a must when I come back to Houston. I'm off to Buffalo NY tomorrow so they'll see me next week. Cheers!!!
