The new administration is abysmal, particularly talking about the owner who comes across as extremely arrogant and condescending. Although some replies to negative reviews are indeed sincere and professional... the others are very defensive and frankly offensive. Insulting not only your current employees but customers who leave valid reviews of their experiences is just highly unprofessional and reflects your character. You have deterred a previously satisfied past customer who would've loved to have tried dining at your establishment under new management.Do yourself a favour, read through the replies of 1 star reviews and then decide whether you want to support a business with values like that.

My friends and I came to Italy café ristorante e bar on a Saturday night, all the staff were extremely friendly and offered great customer service. All the food was delicious and made fresh. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
