The food was definitely authentic and delicious, the fish was made on the grill , just the right amount of food, well balanced portions. The music , the hidden garden, having cats all around, all summed up into a really pleasant experience. Great service as well, very attentive. Our visit to Ithaki Garden Restaurant was an oddly strange experience. The grounds are lovely, with a nice garden setting, but we were the only ones dining there, which seemed to lead to our main issue—cats! There were cats everywhere, circling our legs and even jumping on the chairs. At one point, while trying to enjoy our meal, we had seven cats staring us down, which made things uncomfortable. The food was okay, though the chips weren’t the best and were clearly cooked from frozen. Due to the situation with the cats, we couldn’t fully enjoy the meal. If you find yourself dining here and the restaurant is empty, eating inside might be a safer option. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €15–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Thank you for your kind review! Yes, we have cats. Cyprus is full of stray cats and they find an escape in our little garden area, we apologise that the cats were such an inconvenience to you. Our ourdoor setting is such, that cats will approach you and we canmot do much about that! We have an indoor area that is utilized for those who do not wish to sit in our beautiful garden. To imply that a business is empty because of the cats though… however we thank you for visiting and hope cats do not bother you anywhere else! Ps. A little secret: We hand cut the patatoes that arrive in buckets from our local supplier from a little village
