It's Just Wings is the absolute saddest establishment I've ever patronized. And it's hard to beat the place that gave me knuckle-sized wings. I get a $10 Doordash coupon in the mail. Go to use it on this "It's Just Wings" place which I then learn is inside of Chili's AFTER I order. And I gotta order $20 of food to begin with. Ugh, fine. I just wanted a free meal but I guessed I'd get leftovers. It takes 45 minutes for my order to be ready. The curly fries are flat with absolutely no crunch. Just floppy potato skin and grease. The ranch dressing is ranch water. My Dr. Pepper is nothing but carbonated water with a little flavor. They forgot my extra sauces that were printed on the receipt. Do you see my garlic parmesan wings? No, you don't. Because these wings are PLAIN. With NO FLAVOR. And just now, while waiting on hold to talk to someone on the phone, I was immediately hung up on. Really wanting to give the place a chance, I call them a second time and get someone on the line. The person checked with the manager as "It's Just Wings" isn't a part of Chili's and it's a part of door dash. Chili's would have remade the food, but I was told that since it's door Dash, at best I can contact door dash and get a refund. I promptly got in touch with ad admittedly easy to use chat feature and I didn't wait very long at all to chat with someone. They had me a refund within 15 minutes, but in all honesty I'd much prefer for a remake. I got a free, large, and terrible meal to eat tonight or let it go to waste. Shame on you Door Dash. Shame on you It's Just Wings
