Gabe is the man, the staff is great and if you want the best tacos in town served with a smile. Then it’s roasted is the spot you need to visit. I honestly can’t say enough good things and it’s ALWAYS the spot I recommend first to anyone who visits Billings. Blessed to have this place in our town with such great people behind the scenes as well. Big props to everyone at It’s Roasted. Keep it up you guys! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have been going to Its Roasted since the very beginning and am completely satisfied every single time!! I’ve tried just about everything on the menu and am never let down. The flavors hit the spot when you have a craving for authentic Mexican food!! Gabe and Celeste are both amazing, genuine people and will forever be my go-to when it comes to birria and elote!! Not to mention the team they have to make sure each order is full filled in a timely manner! 10/10 would recommend this small, family owned business!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
