What a find! Lovely shop with an amazing range of tea and coffee. Definitely one for aficionados. The dark haired lady that served me had amazing knowledge, her suggestion were excellent and helped me find a new favourite - milky oolong for the win!

I used to live in Bournemouth and go here regularly as a teenager, it’s now about 10 years later and I live out of the area and my nan buys me tea and coffee from here every Christmas. It’s my absolute favourite present which I look forward to every year

Always such an amazing time in It's Tea! They make it a very individual experience. Nothing is to much and the polite staff with a smile and there superb knowledge. Brilliant place. If you're into loose leaf tea, they also sell online in different size bags. Just love this place!
