【一徹】さんを訪れました。門前仲町駅から徒歩10分ほどの場所にあり、外観はごく普通の居酒屋といった印象ですが、提供される料理は驚くほど贅沢です。 今回いただいたのは、松茸の揚げ物、プリン体系の料理、カツオ、そしてフォアグラ飯など。どれも素材の良さが際立っており、調理の丁寧さも感じられる一品ばかりでした。特にフォアグラ飯は濃厚な旨味とご飯の組み合わせが絶妙で、満足度の高い一品でした。また、薬味や塩の使い方にもこだわりがあり、細部にまで料理人の工夫が感じられます。 外観からは想像できないほど高級感のある食材を楽しめるお店で、食にこだわりのある方や、ちょっと特別な食事をしたい時にはぴったりです。味・雰囲気ともに満足度が高く、ぜひ一度訪れてみてほしいお店です。 ⸻ I visited Ittetsu, located about a 10-minute walk from Monzen-Nakacho Station. At first glance, the exterior looks like an ordinary izakaya, but the menu is filled with surprisingly high-end ingredients. Some of the dishes I tried included fried matsutake mushrooms, a rich “purine-heavy” dish, fresh bonito, and foie gras rice. Every item was carefully prepared and highlighted the quality of the ingredients. The foie gras rice, in particular, stood out — the richness of the foie gras combined with the rice made for an outstanding dish. Even the condiments and salts were carefully selected, showing the chef’s attention to detail. Although the exterior may appear modest, the food inside offers a luxurious dining experience. It’s a place well-suited for those who appreciate fine ingredients or want to enjoy something a bit more special. Overall, I left very satisfied and would highly recommend giving this hidden gem a try. Too expensive ; more than twice compared with restaurants in Paris! Receives so MUCH TAX not explained at first. If you don’t understand Japanese, you have to pay twice the price of the menu. Price per person: ¥9,000–10,000 Service: 1
