My highlights: the fresh wasabi, the aged-in-port-barrels soy sauce (ultimate umami), their ways of aging / preparing Miso, the matured fish, the okonomiyaki. Service was amazing. Recommendations were right on target (wine pairing, helping on our choices on the a la carte menu). Atmosphere is great, very intimate setting. Thanks folks for the experience and see you soon!
