This is incredibly sad to hear and we are truly sorry for how your experience was with us. This event was last summer, right? We have tried to reach you without success, and it is sad that you feel the need to write another bad review about us. We who respond to the reviews try to do it as frequently as possible, we always raise everything with the staff, highs and lows, and above all we talk through situations like this when the experience for the guest has been anything but good. We can take criticism and we can take it to heart, but when something does not agree with what is written, we want to defend ourselves, as in fact several of the later reviews have been. Not this one, but others. We have been understaffed this summer, but of course this should not affect your visit. That the food was bad and you didn't get an apology is of course not good or we want to work and deliver, and for that we apologize! We understand that you will not visit us again, but we also hope that you can let this go now. We have learned and we are still learning. We keep trying to find more staff and get better at everything we do.More
