This is the place if you are looking for hot Japanese dishes. Izakaya is the restaurant created by New Koto, the best sushi that you can get in Brasilia. They share the same qualities and traditions. Lovely, tasty and traditional. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R$60–80 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Yakitori, Gyoza, Lamen, Sushi Special Treat

After an intense Saturday of classes, I went to relax and visit the izakaya sakeyo, when I got there there were no tables available but the counter was free, I said we could stay there, my boyfriend and I, since the idea of an Izakaya (JAPANESE BAR) also encompasses experiences like that. However, the waiters said that it was bad for service and very cramped, directing us to the restaurant next door “New Koto” giving us the option of ordering from the Sakeyo menu and just using the tables at the restaurant in question (we understand that it is the same owner ). When we settled in at New Koto we asked for the Izakaya Sakeyo menu and tried to place our order, the waiter who served us demonstrated such hostility and disinterest when we reported that we would like Izakaya's dishes, in addition to the lack of cordiality, with faces and mouths, even after attempt at conversation continued with poor service. I suggest that if you don't want to serve, don't instruct restaurants to mix or prepare employees for such situations. We got up and went to eat at Taikan. Fresh food and well attended as always. For the price of the dishes and the service, it is a LOT to pay to be humiliated. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
