We have been regular customers at J. Alexander's Redlands Grill since they opened. The management has changed over the last several years and so has the service and quality. Even though the Pandemic is still going on, they are no longer offering curbside pickup. We had to go in the bar to pick up our to go order. Unfortunately, there was no silverware, condiments or croissant with the salad. The order was placed online, which did not allow for special instructions like some of the other restaurants. Then, a follow up call was made to be sure everything was in the bag because we were not going home to eat. I called and spoke with the hostess to voice my concern. She was very nice and professional. She asked for my name and phone number. I never heard from the manager.
