J's is amazing Hiroshima style okonomiyaki. Sometimes the food does take a little while to cook, but that's because the okonomiyaki is huge. I have never been able to finish the whole thing. Luckily, this is one of the only shops I know in Japan where you can take food to go! They are also open pretty late which is good in Niihama, and you get a free kimchi appetizer. I usually get cheese added in, but you can get a lot of other toppings. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000
