We stopped at JP's Restaurant while leaving Massachusetts and were pleasantly surprised. We had high hopes, but really didn't know what we were in for. Although most people there were eating at the tables, it had that neighborhood dive bar feel that I love. This is where the locals go. Our server (only 1 there with 15 tables... Literally) was so nice and gave us great recommendations even though she was busy. I had the chicken Marsala over spaghetti and my sister had the pot roast sandwich. My chicken was cooked perfectly. The sauce was delicious and the portion was large. My only complaint is that they didn't give me even a bread stick or a small side salad. I don't think that warrants the loss of a star because there was a lot of food. It came out quick and our server was on top of everything, even though she was busy.
