JAM has been a great ice cream company to work with for our office events! They have a wide range for the menu, so there's something for everyone. They're very helpful, have very competitive prices and are good to work with, we'll definitely be using them again.

We have used Jam Ice Cream for several of our parties at work. The service has always been great and the ice cream yummy. Highly recommend using them for your next event.

The person working the truck was pretty rude. There is a display of syrups sitting outside of the truck and my daughter went to add some on her ice cream. The man working shouted very aggressively “THOSE ARE NOT FOR ICE CREAM!!”. There is nothing labeling them as not being for ice cream. It really left a bad taste in our mouth. If you don’t want people putting the syrup on their items, they need to be clearly labeled as for snocones only. The posted sign also says cash discount and we will still charged full price even though I paid cash. The ice cream was nothing special itself. It was fine. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian options: Ice cream is vegetarian

We attempted to get your attention 3 times before having to raise voice above background noise as your were not responding. There is nothing on menu showing the flavorings anywhere except under shaved ice so they are indeed labeled. Ice cream toppings are also listed and flavored syrup is not one of them. They are not listed under ice cream toppings. Cash discount is no tax added and if you paid just menu price you did received cash discount as opposed to menu price plus tax.
