Come here for a drink after a long walk around Kami Meguro Tenso Shrine. The staff is said to be well-trained here. The terrific service displays a high level of quality at this bar. When inside, the atmosphere is cozy. Google users awarded the rating of 4.2 to JAM.

It was a very atmospheric and stylish bar with a cool vibe. We visited as a group and were lucky enough to find it quiet, so we got to sit on one of the comfortable sofa seats. The drinks were excellent, of course, and the owner had a wonderfully cool, old-school charm. As the evening went on, the bar gradually filled up with groups of women and regular customers. Smoking is allowed, so I'd recommend it if you don't mind being around cigarette smoke.
