Hello Maurice- again we apologize for the disappointing experience your group had today. As we mentioned to your friend who also left a review- we would like to understand what happened between you and the servers to warrant a 1 star review. Based on review of CCTV as well as staff accounts, your main complaint while you were dining with us was regarding the portion of the chips. There was no complaint at the time about the chicken being dry or even mention of the extended wait for food. As you seem to be unfamiliar with jerk seasoning, the dark color you saw was not signs of burnt food, it is simply the unique characteristic color that is seen all of the time on jerk due to the spices used (the color seen in the pictures you posted). Although you mentioned quality of the food here in your complaint, all of the food was finished and no other complaints were made during your time with us other than the chips. Our initial investigation does not seem to align with the level of disappointment you have expressed in your review. Either way we would like to make things right because we don’t like anyone coming to our establishment and having a negative experience.
