I had a very disappointing experience at Java Time, King Abdulaziz branch. The employee, Ibrahim, who is Filipino was extremely disrespectful and refused to give me the chocolate sauce I asked for, even though it was available. When I asked for the manager’s number, he gave me his own instead. This was a terrible customer service experience, and I hope management addresses it.
