Japanese and Taiwanese food is good here. According to the reviewers' opinions, waiters offer perfectly cooked sushi, Maki rolls and miso soup here. Cooks at this restaurant do their best to provide visitors with tasty ice cream. In accordance with the guests' opinions, waiters serve good tea.

Went to have a birthday supper for my husband and we were extremely disappointed. Unfortunately there are not enough servers working ( actually only 1 guy running around back and forth). We got there before there was a big rush and we sent our order in. Out of 6 or 7 things ordered (our first order) we received 3 things. And we waited 1 HOUR! The server finally brought something after an hour and it was from the 2nd order we placed. I asked him how much longer to get the rest and unfortunately he couldn't answer. So we left. Ive never in my life left a restaurant hungry. We went back to our hotel and had something there. Whoever owns the restaurant should not let patrons in if they don't have enough people working to take care of those that are currently sitting in the restaurant. Also we were not asked to see our vaccine passport.

Would not recommend. We ordered via tablet at 5:29 pm 6 sushi dishes and received 3 small orders waited until 6:31pm then left. We were there before the rush, was not busy when we arrived. Only one server, he was nice enough to charge us for only one super meal (there was 2 of us) plus our 2 drinks. Also, not that it will matter soon enough, they never checked for vaccination status or anything... Left hungry, went back to hotel and had a great meal/experience, should have never left the Delta.

We had pad Thai and a Thai beef stir fry delivered.Maybe the chef at JC Sakura should get a a Thai cookbook for Christmas so s/he can learn how to make a Thai food because what was delivered was not Thai food.
