Never going back to this branch! If you want to waste your time waiting for your turn to order, then go ahead. But let me warn you, their process is a complete mess! They make customers fall in line but will ask donut orders while we are lined up and give a number. Once that order is already prepared, they will call out that number and prioritize the transaction of the said order no matter how far behind that customer is on the line. This process make customers next in line to be left in waiting for a long time. I watched multiple people behind me get prioritized while we, in the front are left waiting for our turn. Worst is, they do the same process in front of waiting customers for as many as donut orders are being served at the cashier for payment. I was second in line, and together with the first customer, we watched five people from behind get called out for payment! Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Some are out of stock when we came but this is a great place to unwind unless there's crowds (on weekdays mostly) but this place is larger than Starbucks so we prefer going here instead. I really love their yogurt and variety of fruits but they only have very limited stock Price per person: ₱500–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Worst staff experience. Disorganized and doesn't think about their customers. During peak hour- when people want to buy snacks and drinks. Sunday, 4:30 pm. January 18, 2026. Me and the other people in our line stood there for over an hour but the staff and even the manager were too busy chatting and laughing to even entertain the customers. It's the turn of the two persons in front of me but no one was asking them what donuts they want because again, the employees and the manager were too busy chatting and laughing. I wasn't even going to buy donuts so after an hour in line, I went ahead to the other cashier at the coffee section to buy drinks. I wasn't entertained. They told me I have to get in line again and get a number. There's nowhere in the store with a sign that says we have to get a number and drink buyers still need to fall in line at donut ordering section. They told me that the cashier at the coffee section is for priority lane only even though there's not even a sign anywhere that says it's priority lane. Walked out of the store. Went to buy drinks at PickUp coffee instead. The manager is a 4'5-4'7 woman. Shift that happens during Sunday 4:30pm. Fire and replace her Price per person: ₱1,000–1,500 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
