So let’s get straight to business: The food—wonderful. I work nearby and it’s enthralling this place is within walking distance to pick up one their savory hotdogs or fist-full burgers. It’s clean. It’s efficient. It’s delicious. Most notably the burgers are my personal favorite because of the smoke flavor I’m very bite—10/10–would recommend. And the customer service is kind and friendly. They offer any deals if you’d want any and they make nothing a hassle. It’s all straightforward and it makes sense. Come down here if you’re looking for simplicity and eat like you’ve never had food before! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $10–20

From the moment I first bit into those steak tacos about 3 months ago I cannot stop going to this place. Juicy, tender, well-seasoned steak on corn tortillas with loads of fresh cilantro and onions! Even the salsa! Amazing! Tacos so good I could cry. No really. I recently switched from a place I’ve been going to since childhood due to a decrease in quality and who would have known a taqueria within Pete’s would make me believe in true taco love again. Give these people a raise! Sometimes there could be inconsistency with the rice and beans but overall still enjoyable. The italian sausage with sweet and hot peppers was also delicious! I am excited to try more on the menu. Please keep up the good quality and servicing amazing food. I tried the Maxwell Polish, cheeseburger, and steak burrito. The Polish was real good. I do prefer my Maxwell Polish to have the onions cooked more and more mustard, but it hit the spot. The cheeseburger tasted good. But, it is very sloppy. I needed a bowl to put it in because it fell apart with all of the mayo and ketchup it had on it. The burrito was VERY large. One of the largest I've had. Decent taste. The burrito gets marked down because of the oil used in heating up the tortilla. WHY do you do this? Has anyone EVER seen someone heating a tortilla like this at home? This lazy way of heating and assembly made the burrito soggy and a knife and fork had to be used to eat it. Later, the oil did not react well with my digestive tract. I didn't see it on the menu, but I found out at the end of the ordering process that fountain drinks are built into the price of each item. I found the prices to be fair and average before ordering. I do NOT like fountain drinks. I'm sure that many people feel their system is a good deal. I don't like being forced to take food and beverages that I don't want. It is wasteful. I DID say I didn't want them and I didn't ask for a price break. They were forced on me anyway. I might go here again if I an shopping at Pete's at dinner time. I'm not going here as a dinner destination.
