Decent place But with some complaints Jfk is a 24 hour operation but the plaza isn’t Hours of operation are insufficient They have two parking lots but one is reserved for a car dealership which makes no sense given that parking at times is horrible The design of the Men’s bathroom is stupid

We are inside JFK not inside the terminals of JFK. Only 7-11 is 24 hours. The bathroom looks stupid but why not use the bathrooms for TLC

Edit: The Owner has answered my review. Here is mine; thank you for this reply. I hope business operates as fruitful as this reply of yours Open your restrooms overnight! I cleaned my car and it left dirt in important places, and it happened again on another occasion, used to happen a couple years ago as well so I know it’s been ongoing. Also and *Key, I paid for tire shine and the only tire shine I received was when I went to go buy it myself at auto zone. FIX THE CAR WASH! I have video of the paying for tire shine AND THE MACHINE DOESNT WORK! We’re getting ripped off I’ll change the reviews later cause I hope something changes but it’s messed up I’m forced to spend an hour+ here everyday overnight and there’s no restroom. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

There is a ten minute parking limit now at the JFK Travel Plaza! Just stopped there and cars were being towed, unfortunately I had to use the facilities! I was so worried my car would be towed I didn’t bother to get anything to eat. 10 minutes isn’t enough time to do anything! Run in and run out is all you can do in 10 minutes. I thought this place was rest stop for drivers.
