The food here is top notch!!! Every dish is beautifully plated, with the spice & sauces having the most flavorful, fresh tastes! The rice, egg roll & soup that come with lunch are all perfectly cooked. I had the Mongolian beef-sauce was sweet, savory with just the right amount of spice & depth. The beff lo mein had tender beef & plenty of sauce & vegetables. The staff are prompt, friendly, upbeat & kind. The ambiance is nice, with lots of cool decorations, great for a date, family gathering, or a quiet dinner alone. It feels a step more classy than some places, but still offers full lunch specials for $12-15!!! I highly recommend visiting this hidden gem. Support small business & tip well! Jin Asian Fusion is alright at best. The food is decent, but nothing particularly memorable. My biggest issue is the inconsistency with the protein-to-vegetable ratio in their dishes. I’ve ordered takeout from here three times, and only one of those experiences felt reasonably balanced. The other times, the dishes were heavily loaded with vegetables while being noticeably light on the protein. The attached photo shows how many vegetables were left over after finishing the dish—the container was still about 2/3 full of vegetables. And to be clear, I did eat quite a lot of the vegetables along with the protein. It just felt like the portions were skewed too far toward veggies and not enough of the main ingredient you’re paying for. Overall it’s not terrible, but the inconsistency and the protein-to-vegetable ratio make it hard for me to justify ordering again.
