Jolly Beez is the only restaurant in Puttalam that I visit often without any hesitation. All their food is consistently delicious, and the quality never disappoints. The submarines are especially amazing, and the rice dishes and drinks are equally tasty. Great flavors, good service, and a place I can always trust. Highly recommended! We were on a long journey and decided to stop at Jollybeez, a family restaurant. After hours of driving, we naturally wanted to use the washroom before sitting down to enjoy our pre-ordered meal. Unfortunately, the toilet was in an unacceptable state. It was far below any reasonable hygiene standard — in fact, a public roadside toilet would have been more sanitary. The floor was covered in water and mud, the overall cleanliness was extremely poor, and to make matters worse, there were no lights in the toilet at all. This was very disappointing, especially for an establishment that presents itself as a family-friendly restaurant. Clean, well-maintained, and properly lit washrooms are a basic expectation for customers, and I hope management takes immediate steps to address this issue.
