I had dinner in Joppa and the service of Marites was excellent. She is a kindly person and her work is very professional. The salmon prepared by chef Monica was the best I have ever eaten. I'm from Spain and I live near Oxford but, if I ever come back again, my first visit will be at Joppa. Thanks!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My son and I had a wonderful lunch here on a lovely, grey Scottish day! Marites was a phenomenal host and we so enjoyed meeting her and chatting with her. The food was excellent and we opted for the set 2 course lunch menu, which was exceptional value for £22. The sea views are great, and the restaurant is beautifully decorated. I had a wonderful experience at Joppa Rocks, especially because of the excellent service from Marites. She was very accommodating and flexible with the menu. Although oysters were unavailable, she kindly helped adjust the seafood board and replaced them with other delicious items.
