food is actually not bad. service is very terrible. The chicken is uncooked, then I request to change the chicken. I stopped by this café because the muffin and bread display looked really tempting. I ordered the chocolate muffin and asked for a recommendation, and the staff suggested the hazelnut bread. Unfortunately, the service was a bit disappointing. There was no “thank you” during the transaction, and the staff even forgot that I had purchased two items, even though I had already paid. I visited on 18 March 2026 at JR Café, KLIA 1, shortly after arriving. That said, the food was honestly very, very good the muffin and bread, both were delicious. It’s such a pity that the service doesn’t match the quality of the food. With better hospitality, this place could be truly amazing, i actually doesn’t want to make any review abt it, but the taste makes me think twice. trust me really good, even tho the price really expensive, each one is 16 ringgit.
