Good is always great. My favorite waitress Kenzie is always super nice and polite. Always keeps drinks topped off and gets our food out as soon as it comes out of the kitchen. Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A locals favorite for comforting diner food. Service was fast and the food was plentiful. Ambience takes you back to the years gone by when JR's was the only restaurant between Saginaw and Oklahoma. A time when cowboys would hitch their horses outside for one last meal before the long trek north. I just made that up, but hopefully you get the idea. My salad was perfectly chilled iceberg lettuce, and the thousand island dressing was the full fat kind that had as many calories as the gravy on my buddies chicken fried steak. The iced teas were Texas sized too. A solid 4 Stars for what it is, a long time locals favorite for good Texas home cooking. Come with that expectation in mind and you won't be disappointed.
