I have been searching all week for a fried chicken to satisfy my craving. The only problem is that most places in Texas prefer their food SPICY. I am not a spicy fan. So I have been pretty disappointed. Until today. JTs chicken was so juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. They had a spicy option for the hubby and a not spicy, but still tasty option for me. I was in heaven. We had the chicken corn on the cob (cooked perfectly) AMAZING!

Tried J.T. Youngblood's and was not disappointed! I had the nuggets meal which was battered and fried chicken bites, sauce, side, roll and a drink for $9.99; delicious and perfect portion! My boyfriend had the two piece meal and the chicken was tender and juicy with a crisp exterior. I really enjoyed the sides! We had the mac and cheese, mashed potatoes with brown gravy, fries, and collards. Everything was outstanding! This may be my new fried chicken place. Prices were on point and the chocolate pie was great! They even have shakes with a dollar upcharge for pie mix-ins. Loved the casual atmosphere and the ample seating.
