We had lunch at JUGEMU Banff / Modern Japanese Dining and really enjoyed the food. However, the service left us disappointed. We were visiting with our 3-month-old baby and didn’t feel very welcomed from the start. When we asked for help choosing a sushi similar to a California roll, the response was not very helpful. At the end of our meal, we also felt rushed to leave while we were still finishing up. It’s a shame, as the food is excellent, but the overall experience could be improved with more attentive and considerate service. Food was so good I’m going back tomorrow for lunch. It was our first food stop and Banff and super happy that was our choice. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $70–80
