[Pizza Only Review] Wood-fired Neapolitan pizza style. You don’t come to Riyadh for the pizza. Dough was more pita/flatbread than traditional pizza dough. Floppy, undercooked in the middle, hardly any char, the sauce was basic canned and the cheese quality was weak. The positive - undercarriage was cooked really well, which gave it a nice unique flavor.
