Had a really lovely lunch at JW Steakhouse. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, making it perfect for a nice midday break without feeling too formal. The steak was cooked perfectly, juicy, flavourful, and exactly as requested. You can really tell the quality is there. What stood out most was the service. Karena was very attentive and courteous throughout our lunch, making sure everything was smooth and that we were well taken care of. We were also pleasantly surprised with complimentary fruits and chocolates, which was a thoughtful touch and a lovely way to end the meal. Overall, a great lunch experience with excellent food, warm service, and strong attention to detail. Would definitely come back. Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
