My husband found this restaurant while looking on Google for a family owned breakfast place. I am so glad he picked this one! What a fabulous place to have breakfast! The food was amazing, hus bloody Mary was delicious and packed a punch! We highly recommend trying them for your next meal out! He had eggs Benedict with ham and I had the hash with bacon bits. We had an incredible brunch/lunch at JW’s Kitchen in Springfield, and we’ll be going back again. Our waiter, Parker, was great and recommended the fried chicken biscuit. I was blown away—the chicken breast was SO flavorful, moist, crispy and not greasy. The biscuit was perfect and topped with their gravy, bacon, and a little bit of hot sauce. Our daughter had the breakfast burrito, our son in law got the eggs Benedict, and my hubs got the classic breakfast. Top it off with great coffee and a nice Bloody Maryjust fantastic. I also recommend the tater tot appetizer with hollandaise sauce. Go try JW’s—another of Springfield’s foodie treasures!
