We had an incredible brunch/lunch at JW’s Kitchen in Springfield, and we’ll be going back again. Our waiter, Parker, was great and recommended the fried chicken biscuit. I was blown away—the chicken breast was SO flavorful, moist, crispy and not greasy. The biscuit was perfect and topped with their gravy, bacon, and a little bit of hot sauce. Our daughter had the breakfast burrito, our son in law got the eggs Benedict, and my hubs got the classic breakfast. Top it off with great coffee and a nice Bloody Maryjust fantastic. I also recommend the tater tot appetizer with hollandaise sauce. Go try JW’s—another of Springfield’s foodie treasures!
