Two of the ladies have attitudes, and have terrible customer service. My order was messed up, I complained online and was never compensated, nor was my order replaced. The manager, whom I assume works the night shift, was very unprofessional. He had a poor attitude and did not appear to enjoy his job. He did not greet customers, make eye contact, or show any basic courtesy. His behavior made the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. I do not understand why Jack in the Box allows employees in management positions who lack basic customer service skills.
