I have ordered food on uber and I needed to wait 45min in drive through to pick it up I overheard a staff member say “forget it” about my order and skip making part of it because they assumed it was an Uber delivery order. When I finally received my food and checked the bag, my burger was missing. I went back inside to let them know, and instead of apologizing, I was told that I wasn’t supposed to open the Uber order because they believed it was for delivery. And also said that I’m not supposed to be inside of the store I had to explain multiple times that I placed the Uber order for myself. Only then did they start preparing the missing item, which took another 15 minutes. If really was Uber delivery they wouldn’t give the burger to person that ordered, I mean That was all the big lady in red Jack in the box shirt.. I’m not sure what is her name She said forget about it and she was yelling he’s not supposed to open order and he’s not supposed to be inside and also she didn’t want to make food for people waiting in line because it was 10am and they were waiting more then 30min. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Burger was overcooked... fries seemed old and the soda tasted as if it needed to be changed. Haven't had Jack In The Box since I was a kid visiting another state. It was amazing then. Not sure why its so bad now. HOWEVER the service was good... Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Recommendation for vegetarians: Not sure Parking space: Not sure Parking options: Free of charge parking lot
