I am allergic to mustard, I asked if the Jr bacon have mustard and if so leave off I have food allergies. They said no mustard. Not only where the burgers wrong they all have mustard on it I cant eat it. I Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

horrible customer service no one at the register, 10 mins waiting to pay for my order then a extra 20 for two tacos. Don’t recommend.! Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This may be my 4th or 5th time at this jack in the box. Let me say, this jack in the box is absolutely abysmal. I have never had a worse experience consistently at any place I've ever been to. The two women that work their stand around talking while on their phones while the poor man in the kitchen did 99% of the work. Meanwhile the lobby is completely empty(aside from myself), as well as the drive through. The tables are dirty, the counters are dirty. They had no food pre-made it seemed like considering they had to drop new fries in the fryer and it took over 5 minutes to make 1 munchie meal. And this is a recurring theme with this place, my average wait time at this drive through is approximately 10 minutes. I do not reccomend eating here whatsoever. I was hopeful my experience would improve but time and time again I'm reminded that the lack of work ethic has plummeted this jack in the box to the ground. I could go on but I think this gets the point across. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
