I placed a mobile order and carefully reviewed it to make sure everything was correct. The order included tacos with no hot sauce, along with two cheeseburgers and two fries. Everything was fine except for the tacos—five of them had hot sauce even though I specifically requested none. I went inside expecting the issue to be corrected, but instead I was told that the tacos were made plain. I opened them in front of the staff to show that they did, in fact, have hot sauce—four of them clearly did. Rather than continue arguing, I asked them to remake just those four tacos and offered to pay for them myself. I didn’t want to make a scene, but it was disappointing that no one took responsibility or tried to resolve the issue properly. I chose to pay, fix the problem myself, and leave. Unfortunately, this experience makes me not want to return Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I ordered a chicken sandwich chicken was hard and over cooked like if they gave me a chicken from day before I could not even take one bite threw the whole thing away Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
