I go to this Jack in the Box often, as it’s on my way home heading towards Moreno Valley. I enjoy each of the team members at this location—always respectful and polite. Daniel is one of the young men at this location and he stands out because of how exceptionally courteous he is. Daniel remembers my name each time I come to the drive-thru, he recognizes my voice the moment I start to order, and he makes the time to ask how I am doing and wish me well. I went inside to make my order this past Monday and I was completely impressed by Daniel. There was a non-verbal customer who was attempting to order but having a hard time communicating. Daniel stepped up and began using sign language to help this customer. I was truly blown away by his skill, patience, and kindness. I made sure to tell Daniel that he was the type of team member that give fast food chains like Jack in the Box a good name. A true leader with a bright future! Thank you, Daniel, and the Jacks Team on Alessandro! Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
