I attended the pop-up at Culmination Brewing and thoroughly enjoyed every bit of the jackfruit fry bread, especially considering that the bun was homemade!!! Loved it. :)

Jackfruit is amazing. The food is indescribably delicious and the presentation makes you salivate before the aroma finds your nostrils. Jackfruit kitchen is more than a good successor to "of roots and blooms". Dali is a food artisan on her own merit. Terrific food, great blending of food styles and amazing presentation. YUMMY!
