Customer service 10 Food taste 10 Vibe 10 Cleaniness 10 Smile on their faces made my day . Didn’t not expected this when i thought about getting a kebab.

This was the first time we went to Jakes Kebab. To be honest, I was expecting to just pick up a kebab (there are many kebab places on Old Geelong Road) and leave. BUT...what an amazing place. Really if any small business wants a quick lesson on how a small business should operate and present itself, they should call by this kebab place. The little place is beautiful lit and presented with so much love and care. There are table settings, a little garden setting at the counter and when we went there, a log fire burning, with marshmallows on every table with toasting sticks ready for toasting on the open fire. The place was so clean and the people behind the counter just lovely. I was kind of blown away that so much care and love was put into a kebab caravan. A business with an amazing outlook on creating a fantastic customer experience. So, I was then left wondering - could the kebabs be just as good. Or maybe they would be pretty ordinary because everything else was so amazing. BUT.....the kebabs were fantastic (highly recommend their pickles - absolutely yum in the kebab). Then to top the whole experience off - they included complimentary turkish delight, with a little thank you!! I can not recommend this kebab place enough - it will definitely be our go to place when we are in need of a kebab!!
