I've been reluctant to post a review of this restaurant because I know that anyone can have a bad day. Let me start by saying that the food quality is always exceptional. That's all that I can say positively. This is 4 consecutive times we have been to this location and the customer service is just horrendous. What ever happened to greeting customers warmly and kindly when arriving at the drive thru speaker? What ever happened to greeting and confirming the customers order verbally when arriving at the window, and when something is missing kindly listening to the customer instead of just walking off? This location could definitely use some training from management in the area of customer service. Anyone who says differently is just sunshine pumping for whatever reason. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went tonight for the conecuh dogs. They are so good. They young man in the DT was very polite, we could hear and understand him well through the speaker and he was very professional. Great job to the young man named Shane. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Fried Chicken Italian Beans Mashed Potatoes and Gravy and Buttered Biscuit, Coleslaw

I came inside a few weeks ago after a softball game, my children went ahead and sat down while I ordered. We were there to celebrate with ice cream. I ordered 3 shakes and the lady taking my order rolls her eyes and says " WOOOW" not sure if she was implying that was a lot of food for just me to order or if she was just irritated by the fact I ordered them at all, but either way it was unprofessional. Behind me were two other patrons. One was upset his BLT salad had no bacon and when he mentioned this the same woman got an attitude about him as well, so he decided instead of getting the bacon added to his salad, he just asked for his money back. The front counter lady then copped an even bigger attitude and loudly told the entire restaurant that he just wants his money back now...the manager on shift took her time coming up to process this, and in the meantime the other man behind me, who happened to be my boyfriend, NEVER got to order his food. me and my kids were done eating and we just all left since they still hadn't gotten to him. I decided maybe it was just the night crew was rough right now, and would continue eating breakfast there, but going through the drive through this morning the person on coms could not hear me well. Which is fine I understand that. I repeated my order as needed. When done ordering I asked for a recall to make sure she got the order correct since I don't live close at all. She was audibly irritated at me for asking and huffed about it. The attitude and rudeness we have received from the staff here has been really unnecessary. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
