Every time I drive from Nashville to Atlanta, I have to stop at this Jack's! Not only is their food delicious, they have generous portions at very reasonable prices! And not once have they got my order wrong. Very satisfied! 5 stars! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We ordered a Smoked mountain fudges shake ( small) & a peanut butter cookie shake also small , not a customer in the building at 7:18 pm and Kakay who took our order , cashed it out and parked us. We waited ten (10) minutes for WHAT?!? Your marques states your hiring Managers that Kakay needs to be a priorty in unemployment with a nasty attitude as long as her ponytail. Cook out is RIGHT down the street & has better selections. Gave Jacks a chance and they failed from start to finish. Our Shakes after 10 minutes of sitting were nothing more then melted ice cream. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My girls & I had a pleasant experience here. The staff were kind. Our food was hot & correct. We ate in peace & then finished with some ice cream. No complaints. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
